Not unlike many of you, I had problems deciding exactly what color indigo actually was. It took me back to school, learning the order of the colors of the spectrum and our good friend Roy G. Biv. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, ROYGBIV, that is. When I think of it, a little phrase always pops into my head, I have no idea why this stuck with me like it did, but I always hear something along the lines of, “Indigo is a very dark, saturated color in between blue and purple.” The color swatch on Luna’s website does NOT fit that description. lol So I did some Googling and found several variations and came to no real consensus about the color indigo. I decided that gave me a lot of leeway. But even with that leeway, I still didn’t find anything in my invvy that struck my fancy. I ended up with a purple that I put through some torture in GIMP and convinced to look close to the indigo in my head. Anyway, I found a gorgeous digital background on Deviant Art and tried to integrate Chloe into the scene.
